Is this a subscription?

No. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Purchase another pack only when you choose to.

What is the difference between the packs?

The credit balance and purchase price differ: Basic includes 1,600 credits for $19.90, Standard includes 3,000 for $29.90, and Premium includes 7,000 for $59.90. All packs are valid for one month. Larger packs do not promise different effect quality or faster processing.

How long are my credits valid?

Each pack is valid for one month. This is the credit expiry period, not a monthly subscription. Unused credits expire at the end of that period, and expiry does not trigger another payment. Choose a balance that fits your expected use during that month.

How are live effects sessions billed?

Live sessions use duration-based billing, starting when processing resources are allocated. A pack balance is not a fixed number of images, videos or live minutes. Review the studio billing note and stop the session when you finish.

Can I try the camera before starting a session?

Yes. Open the studio and allow camera access to preview your input. Starting a live AI effect requires signing in. Camera preview alone does not start the live AI session.

Which creative effects can I explore?

Use Restyle to explore reference-led colors, textures and visual styles, or Try-On for clothing references. Stop a session before switching modes; within an active effect, you can update the reference when the studio is ready.

Are the example looks guaranteed results?

No. The homepage images are AI-generated concept illustrations for inspiration. Live results vary with the effect, reference, lighting and camera conditions.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. Eligibility is based on unused credits; consumed credits are excluded. Read the refund policy for the full terms and request process.
